Pazartesi sendromunu engellemenin yolları Uyku düzeninizi oluşturun ve hafta sonu iş günlerinden daha çok uyumayın. Çok uyumak sizi dinlendirmenin aksine, daha yorgun kılar. Pazar gecesi daha erken yatın. Daha erken kalkın ve güne egzersizle başlayın. Kendinizi daha enerjik hissetmenize muavin olacaktır. Sabah evden çıkmadan duş alın. Kahvaltı etmeyi ihmal etmeyin. Kıyafetlerinizi Pazar gecesinden hazırlayın. Pazartesi gününün, haftanın diğer günlerinden bir farkı olmadığını kendinize hatırlatın.
