Rusçada “keyif veren” anlamına gelen kefirin bilinen birçok faydası var.
Kolesterolü düşüren, kalp, böbrek taşı, mantar, ülser, sedef ve egzama gibi rahatsızlıkları gideren, bağışıklık sistemini güçlendiren kefirin özellikle Kafkas bölgesinde çok tüketildiğini belirten Gastronomi ve Mutfak Sanatları Bölümü Arş.Gör. Diyetisyen Fatma Özsel Özcan, “Tam bir şifa kaynağı” dedi. Özcan, probiyotik organizmaların asit, oksijen ve sıcaklık gibi çevresel stres faktörlerine karşı son derece duyarlı olduğuna dikkat çekerek, “Bu nedenle kefirin faydalarından daha çok yararlanmak için ısıl işlem gerektiren tariflerde kullanılmamalı” uyarısında bulundu. SALATALIKLI KEFİR
Malzemeler: - 300 ml ev yapımı kefir - 1 adet salatalık - Yarım şişe maden suyu - Üzerine taze nane - Kaya tuzu - Pul biber Hazırlanışı: Salatalıkları rendeledikten sonra maden suyu, tuz, pul biber ve kefiri karıştırıyoruz. Taze nane ile üzerini süsleyebilirsiniz.
MUZLU, KAKAOLU CHİA KEFİR PUDİNG
Malzemeler: - 1 adet olgun muz - 1 çay kaşığı kakao - 1 su bardağı (250 ml) kefir - 3 yemek kaşığı chia Hazırlanışı: Muz, kakao ve kefiri karıştırdıktan sonra kapaklı bir kaba alıp içerisine 3 yemek kaşığı chia tohumu ekliyoruz. Tamamen karıştırdıktan sonra 3-5 saat buzdolabında bekletiyoruz.
KAHVALTILIK KEFİR
Malzemeler: - 1 su bardağı kefir - 4 yemek kaşığı şekersiz yulaf gevreği - Elma - Tarçın - Kuş üzümü - Ceviz - 1 çay kaşığı Hindistan cevizi yağı - 1 çay kaşığı vanilya
Hazırlanışı: Kefir, elma, ceviz, hindistan cevizi yağı ve vanilyayı çırpıyoruz. Yulaf gevreği ile karıştırıp elma, kuş üzümü ve tarçınla süslüyoruz.
