En düşük kalorili kuruyemişler sırasıyla 160 kaloriyle badem daha sonra yer fıstığı ve antep fıstığıdır. Kuruyemişlerin yağa batırılmış şekilde ambalajlanmasında kaçının. Sağlıklı beslenme konusunda özellikle bu kuruyemişler size yardımcı olacak düşük kalorileri sayesinde de diyetinize dikkat etmiş olacaksınızdır.
