Karakuş Tatlısı Tarifi İçin Malzemeler 1 yumurta 1 çay bardağı yoğurt 1 çay bardağı su Yarım çay bardağı zeytinyağı 1 tatlı kaşığı sirke 1 silme çay kaşığı tuz Bir fiske kabartma tozu 4 su bardağı un (Unun çeşidine göre miktar değişebilir) Şerbeti için; 3 su bardağı şeker 3. 5 su bardağı su Yarım küçük limon Karakuş Tatlısı Yapılışı Önce şerbeti hazırlayın. Şeker, su ve limonu bir tencereye alıp, kaynamaya başladıktan sonra 20-25 dakika kadar kaynatın. Soğumaya bırakın. Hamur malzemeleriyle kulak memesi yumuşaklığında bir hamur yoğurun. Hamuru 6 bezeye ayırın. Bezeleri 20 dakika kadar dinlendirin. Bezelerin altına ve üstüne nişasta serperek açabildiğiniz kadar ince açın. Hamur gerçekten çok kolay açılıyor. Açtığınız yufkayı oklavanın yardımıyla 4-5 parmak genişliğinde katlayın. Katlar akordion gibi olacak. Ya da, hani kağıttan yelpaze yaparken bir öne, bir arkaya katlardık ya; işte öyle katlar yapacağız. Yarısına kadar katlayınca, takriben 3 cm aralıklarla ceviz dizip kalan yufkayı da cevizin üzerine aynı şekilde katlayın. Cevizlerin aralarında kalan boşlukları iki parmağınızla sıktırın. Sıktırdığınız yerleri bıçakla kesin. Tatlıları kızgın yağa atın ve ve ocağın altını kısın. Her iki tarafını da nar gibi kızartın. Kızarmış tatlıları soğuk şerbete atın.
