Büyük Saat Kulesi Adana'nın Seyhan ilçesinin Ali Münif Yeğenağa caddesinde bulunmaktadır.
Büyük Saat Kulesi inşası döneminde Osmanlı Devleti'nde de birçok saat kulesi vardır fakat bu kule 32 metre uzunluğu ile şu anda Türkiye'nin en uzun saat kulesidir. Fransızların Adana'yı işgali sırasında Ermeniler tarafından yağmalanıp tahrip edilen kule Cumhuriyet döneminde onarılmıştır. Kulenin içinde hem yukarı çıkan hem de yerin altına inen bir merdiven bulunmaktadır. Söylentiye göre yerin üstünde olduğu kadar bir o kadar da yerin altında bu kulenin temelleri vardır. Adana Büyük Saat Kulesi Tarihi
Büyük Saat'in inşasına Ziya Paşa döneminde 1882 başlanmıştır. Fakat inşanın tamamlanması Abidin Paşa zamanında olmuştur. Büyük saat tarihte modernleşmenin bir sembolü olarak görülmüştür. Kule kesme taşlardan yapılmıştır. Büyük saatin örme işlemleri oldukça zor ilerlemiş ve ciddi bir el emeği harcanmıştır. Küçük taş tuğlalardan imal edilen kule tamamlandıktan uzun bir süre sonra Almanya'dan saat makineleri getirilerek restore edilmiştir. Oldukça sağlam olan kulenin sağlamlığının en büyük kanıtı da 1998'delki büyük Adana depreminde bile ayakta duruyor olmasıdır diyebiliriz.
