Sağlık Obeziteyi Önleyen Sağlıklı Besinler 08 Eylül 2018 20:54 Özellikle son yılların ciddi rahatsızlıklarından olup, 7’den 70’e her kişide görülen obezite sağlığı ciddi şekilde tehdit ederken aynı zaman da günden güne çoğalması uzmanları harekete geçirdi. Obeziteyi Önleyen Besinler Obeziteyi önlemek için öncelikle öğünlerin sıklaştırılması ve her öğünde azar azar tüketilmesi önemlidir.
