Lebeniye Adana Usulü İçin Malzemeler 1 çay bardağı pirinç 1 su bardağı nohut 250 gram kadar kuşbaşı et Tuz Et bulyon Sıvı yağ Sıcak su Terbiyesi için

İki kaşık tereyağı Biraz da sıvı yağ Kuru nane Lebeniye Adana Usulü Tarifi Yapılışı İlk önce etiniz ve nohutunuzu bir düdüklü tencere içine alıp üzerini kapatacak kadar su koyup haşlayalım. Başka bir tencerede biraz sıvı yağ ile pirinçlerimizi iyice kavuralım ve sıcak suyumuzu ekleyelim.Bu şekilde pirinçlerimizi kaynatalım ve ara ara pişip pişmediğini kontrol edelim.Pirinçlerimiz haşlanıp pişerken bir kase içinde süzme yoğurdumuzu normal su ile ezerek inceltelim .İçine bir yumurta kırıp bir kaşık unumuzu ekleyelim .İyice karıştıralım.Pirinçlerimizin suyu kaynayıp pirinçlerimiz haşlanmış ise hazırladığımız yoğurt karışımına tencereden bir kaç kepçe sıcak su ekleyip karıştıralım ki yoğurtlu harcı tencereye döktüğümüzde kesilip peynir peynir olmasın, karışımı tencereye dökerken bir yandan da karıştıralım ve kaynamaya bırakalım .Bu sırada et ve nohutumuz haşlanmış et ve nohutumuzu çorbamıza ekleyelim ve karıştıra karıştıra kaynatalım .Bu esnada ben yarım olarak kullanıyorum .Et bulyonu ve tuzunu katalım.Bulyonlar tuzlu olduğu için tuzunu kontrollü bir şekilde koymanızı tavsiye ederim. Yemeğimiz hazır sayılır bu şekilde kaynamaya devam ederken bir tavada sıvı yağ ve tereyağını eritelim .Sıvı yağ tercihen ben tereyağı yanmasın diye çok az koyuyorum.Yağımız kızdıktan sonra içine bolca kuru naneyi döküp altını kapatalım ki naneler yanmasın bunu da çorbanın üzerine dökelim ve kaynamaya bırakalım .Bu şekilde de 10 dakika kadar kaynadıktan sonra altını kapatalım.Afiyet olsun.
